This means the majority of the bar is kept open for those spontaneous sips.
So, come on in for a schooner with mates, date night, a solo sipper, drinks with the gang, or just because.
Large Group reservations
Each day, we take a few casual reservations inside, for groups of 5 to 10 guests. Same-day reso’s can be made right up until 4 PM for bookings later that same evening.
If your preferred time isn’t available, don’t worry; we love walk ins — there’s plenty of space for you and the crew to enjoy the vibe!
So just come on in, and we’ll sort something out.
Even Bigger Groups
For groups of 11-20 guests, or for exclusive venue hire (available Sunday, Monday or Tuesday only) please contact us via email and we’ll get back to you with all the relevant info.

From Laburnum Train Station: 7 minute walk
By bus: The 271 & 279 have stops right out the front. The 270 is a 4 minute walk away.

Hummus, Olives &, Chappy’s Chips are available to snack on, or you can BYO food and dine in!

Some of our fave local eateries are T17 Pizza, Gill Family Kitchen (Indian), DC Dumpling (Chinese), and Kerrimuir Fish & Chips. These are all available for delivery through the usual suspects (Ubereats, Menulog) right here to Bar Nearby’s door. Sharing plates, and cutlery? We’ve got some.
